ONLINE LESSONS
Payment Policy
- The smartphone app Venmo is currently the preferred payment method.
- Students should always wait for me to send a payment request to ensure proper accounting.
- Payment must be completed before the beginning of the first lesson of a month.
Scheduling
- For weekly students, I will always oblige myself to be available for 4 lessons at our standard time, or else pro-rate your monthly fee. If this becomes a frequent necessity (e.g. several months in a row) due to the student, the student’s billing may be switched to the “per lesson” rate described above at my discretion.
Lesson Cancellation Policy
- For students billed monthly, if you give me notice before the next billing cycle of a planned absence, you will not be billed for it. If you must miss a lesson you’ve already paid for, I have a standard 24-hour policy. If less than 24-hours notice is given, the lesson is non-refundable. If more than 24-hours notice is given, you may credit the payment towards the next month’s billing or attempt to find an alternate time within 30 days.
Cessation of Lessons
- If the student wishes to be permanently removed from my studio schedule, notification is required prior to the next billing cycle (month). NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be given to students who cease lessons in the middle of a pre-paid billing cycle.
